Terms and Conditions
Charges will appear on your credit card statement from the MS Crafts Center. Please Note:
You do not have to be a member or sign in to Paypal to pay for your purchases.
Once you click the "Pay Now" button, on the left of the screen you will see either a place to enter your credit card information without logging in, or you may see a questions that says "Don't have a paypal account?" Click the continue button and enter your card information on the next screen.
Shipping and Packaging: Most items are shipped within 72 hrs. If your shipping address is outside of the United States, please call the MS Craft Center prior to completing this purchase to make special arrangements. Additional fees may apply, and we cannot guarantee that we can ship your items out of the United States.
Returns: We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund with the following provisions:
-Items must not be damaged in any way.
-Refund is credited when items are received.
-Refund is amount less shipping charges.
You must contact us for a "Return Authorization" number before returning an item, or you can return the item in person at the MS Craft Center, Ridgeland, MS. A receipt is required if returning the item in person.
If an item is damaged during shipping, we must be notified within 48 hrs. of receipt.
Gift Cards: If shipping a gift directly to the recipient and a gift card or gift certificate is ordered, please indicate in the "comments" window the name you would like signed on the card.
Handcrafted Artwork: All of the items available here are handcrafted and therefore may contain variations and imperfections that attest to the hand-made nature of each piece and are not considered flaws. Many pieces are one-of-a kind and are sold on a first come, first served basis. We make every effort to only list items for sale that are available for immediate shipment, however, in the event that an item purchased here is no longer available for sale, you will be notified and you will have the option of choosing another item or receiving a full refund.

Innaccuracy Disclamer: Occasionally there may be information that contains errors or ommissions, including incorrect prices or item descriptions, on this website. The MS Craft Center reserves the right to correct these at any time without prior notice including after you have submitted your order.
