The hurricane platters are Andy Young's response to the events surrounding Hurricane Katrina.  Since Katrina and other hurrricanes impacted everyone in the gulf coast area either directly or indirectly, this platter was asking to be created.  Each one is made separately and the shapes and textures will vary slightly with each one.  It can be used for decoration or for serving.
